Withdrawal and Cancellation Policy:

See below what refunds you are entitled to in the following scenarios:

Vanier College has cancelled your course A withdrawal from your course prior to beginning your studies

A full refund will be issued, minus the $30 non- refundable Administrative Fee per week registered

A withdrawal from the course before the start of the third class of the week

Administrative Fee retained by Vanier College Refund of half of the remaining fees

Withdrawal after the third class of the week

NOTE: The Language School reserves the right to withdraw a student from a course for misconduct. In such anevent, no refund will be issued.
